Emmanuel is the Managing Director of Ntansa, Incubator of multiple initiatives in the field of RPA, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning. Emmanuel is the author of The Limitless Project Manager, "The Influential Project Manager Growth Guide," and a technology advocate for Africa, start-ups, and emerging technologies. His experience and expertise span the areas of ethics and the implementation of emerging technologies, future of work and the hybrid relationship between humans and robots in the 4th industrial revolution.

Prior to his role at Ntansa, Emmanuel was the Global Leader of IT Business Partnering at the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) and directed the deployment of emerging technologies and the alignment of business to IT services across the business and at each of the 38 offices across 12 countries.

Before CSA, he was Head of Project Management and Services Excellence at GE. It was at GE in 2012, where he first leveraged RPA to implement process automation to manage install base contacts and financials to improve services delivery management within the Healthcare IT team.

As a software developer at the early part of his career, Emmanuel remains committed to leveraging technology and being technically hands-on as he bridges business and technical teams towards transformative results. Emmanuel holds an MBA in Innovation Leadership, PMP, PgMP project, and program management designations, is a certified Business Relationship Management Professional, and holds various RPA certifications.

Albert leads the operations at Ntansa, which includes responsibilities spanning from inception through to handing over of projects awarded to the firm. Albert is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Leadership Institute MasterClass (LIMC) graduate of the Project Management Institute (PMI). He is a past president of the PMI Ghana Chapter. Albert has over twenty (20) years of experience in engineering and project management involving the design, supervision and management of projects in Ghana, Liberia and Equatorial Guinea.

Albert is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology, Ghana (IET), Ghana Institution of Safety and Environmental Professionals (GhISEP), the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association of Ghana (GREDA) and Institute of Directors, Ghana (IoD-GH). He has been a member of the Board of Directors at PMI Ghana Chapter since January 2014. He is also a Chapter Conflict Resolution Mediator at the PMI Global Operations and the Client Relations Manager for Africa for Project Managers without Borders (PMWB). Albert holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the Robert Gordon University in Scotland. Albert is currently a member of the Project Management Institutes Global Ethics Insight Team.

Emmanuel a senior ICT and Project Management professional with over 20 years of experience spanning banking, telco, utility and financial service industries. Emmanuel is responsible for the Ntansa PMO and the proper execution, monitoring, and delivery of all Ntansa engagements.

In his last role, he supervised and monitored of a US $48M ICT project for the Ethiopian Electric Utility (EEU) deployed to 17 Regional Offices and a Meter Data Acquisition System for sub-station metering. Prior to EEU, Emmanuel provided strategic and operational leadership for Dun and Bradstreet in Ghana setting up a credit referencing bureau valued US $10M. His work at D&B involved the planning and implementation of ICT Infrastructure and Core Credit Bureau Application. He developed and executed ICT strategic plan as well as managed the local IT and Operations team. Emmanuel has also worked with Standard Chartered Bank as Manager/Technical Specialist with the Global Shared Service Center of Standard Chartered Bank and designed, implemented and managed ICT infrastructure across Africa region.

Additionally, Emmanuel has served as ICT Infrastructure Manager with Millicom Ghana Limited (tiGO) and designed and implemented stable, robust, reliable and interoperable network infrastructure.

He is a passionate Project Manager with emphasis on People and Team Management and keen advocate in ICT Governance and Standards. Emmanuel holds an MBA from the Paris Graduate School of Management, PMP, ITIL, and holds various RPA certifications.

Patrick is a trained Management Accountant and Project Management Professional with 12 years of work experience spanning banking, construction, technology, education, and insurance sectors.

As a versatile and innovative individual with strong leadership skills, Patrick is responsible for effectively engaging at all levels of the Ntansa organization across multiple lines of business to coordinating all audits and work with internal teams to meet operating goals. Patrick, therefore, is the principle for directing profit forecasts, expense budgets, and accounting analyses. In addition, in his role, Patrick directs the daily management of both project and operational budgets and human resources function within the Ntansa organization.

Patricks holds RPA Certification as Solution Architect and Business Analyst, an Advance Diploma in Management Accounting in addition to Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.

Parick holds an MBA in Project Management and holds his B.A. (Hons) in Economics with Information Systems.

Martin Atta-Fynn is a Senior Advisor for Ntansa. He has over twenty years of experience working with various consulting firms. He worked with Deloitte across East Africa and West Africa for over 15 years. He was the head of consulting for the Deloitte Uganda Office and was charged with the responsibility of providing direction for Information and Communications Technology in the East African Region. His key strengths include Strategic Planning, Project Management, Implementation of Enterprise Applications, Advisory, and Facilitation.

He has a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in areas such as the ERP software implementations for JD Edwards at Mechanical Lloyd in Ghana, Lawson at Securities and Exchange Commission in Nigeria, SAP in Benin State Government in Nigeria and SAP in Africa Union Commission – Ethiopia. He led ICT strategy and ICT policy development and ICT systems selection at clients at TANESCO in Tanzania, SEC in Nigeria, NSSA, and ASTRA group Zimbabwe. He is involved in ICT policy development for the Government of Ghana and the Government of Kenya. Whilst with Deloitte & Touché, Martin was also responsible for training and the development and running of consulting training in the Africa Region.

Derek leads and shapes the Ntansa Data Science function through his passion for building great products and making people’s lives easier. He is a committed machine learning advocate and spends much of his free time introducing students at local universities to the world of data science and plays an active role in the local start-up incubator environment.  At Ntansa, Derek is responsible for helping our customers improve through the application of Machine Learning models and methods.

He has exploited open source tools for almost three (3) years in his research journey and is interested in creating positive business impact with his skills.  

In this role, Derek uses his hands experience in a variety of technologies and empirical methods such as Python, R, Javascript, SQL, Postgres, NoSQL, MySQL, Statistics and Probability, Machine Learning (supervised learning, unsupervised learning and reinforcement learning) i.e. Regression, Classification, Clustering, Association Analysis, Dimensionality Reduction, Model-free, model-based, Agile, and  Waterfall. 

Derek has led and participated in multiple multi-million dollar RFPs through the entire life cycle from solution design, estimation, proposal, solution walk through, due diligence and transition. He has supported projects to achieved cost reduction in excess of 40% and has managed projects through to success.

Derek holds a Masters in MIS from Kwame Nkrumah University.

Emmanuel leads the business analysis and change management functions at Ntansa, and is, principally responsible for translating client requirements from as-is to to-be workflows. He leverages business analysis and research on RPA, ML and AI applications delivering client needs in line with industry best-practices and the capabilities that unlock true competitive advantage into the future.

At Ntansa, Emmanuel supports leadership teams to understand the balance between a better vision of emerging technologies and how new features can enhance productivity helping decide what parts of the business to level up and how to channel their focus. He supports subject matter experts to identify new productivity areas and enjoys enabling organizations to initialize, industrialize and institutionalize automation initiatives.

Emmanuel is a certified RPA Developer and enjoys working at the intersection of data, technology, business and communications. He explores deepening the understanding of how organizations leverage information technologies and communications to innovate, compete and survive in the digital economy. 

He hones research interests in multiple initiatives in the field of RPA, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning. 

Emmanuel has more than 15 years of multi-faceted professional experience in assisting major organizations to achieve annual targets and profitability. 

In his last role at Speyside Group, he supervised and led engagements for 100 Resilient Cities —Pioneered by The Rockefeller Foundation (100RC). Emmanuel has served in different capacities in practice and consulting for United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Newmont Africa, United States Agency for International Development (USAID) – FTF and International Cocoa Initiative. Emmanuel is a certified Scrum Master, holds an MA in Communications Studies, a BSc in Management with Computing and numerous RPA certifications. He is a Member, Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) and Institute of Public Relations (IPR).

Elvis Nii Ayerh Mensah is a seasoned banking and financial services professional with over 17 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility and duties. At Ntansa, Elvis partners with various members of the delivery team to advocate for and support banks and financial services firms automate their operations.

Prior to Ntansa, Elvis amassed years of experience from various fields of endeavors not limited to RIPS, UNICEF, Ghana Statistical Service, Beige Capital Limited and Union Savings and Loans.

Elvis is disciplinarian with an eye for quality, and commitment to technology. Elvis is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, holds MBA (Finance Option) from Wisconsin International University College-Ghana.
